1. Respect for Copyright
Mistants respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We are committed to complying with copyright laws and responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.
2. User Responsibilities
When you upload, share, or create content on Mistants, you represent and warrant that:
- You own all rights to the content or you have obtained all necessary permissions to use the content
- Your use of the content does not infringe on any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
- The content complies with our Terms of Service and applicable laws
Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights may have their accounts terminated.
3. Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a notification to our designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material on our site that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail so that we may locate it
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where the material appeared before it was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement

6. False Claims
